DOYLESTOWN, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team fell to Delaware Valley University, 1-0, on Wednesday evening.
 
The Knights put up a good fight to hold the Aggies back from scoring, but by the end of the first half Delaware Valley was to one to get on the board and make it a 1-0 game. The second half Neumann held the Aggies scoreless but were unable to get on the board.
 
Anna Attardi made three saves in almost 80 minutes in net. Emily McCormick finished the game in net. The Knights outshot the Aggies 14-8 overall, 6-4 on goal.
 
Neumann (2-1) will travel to Centenary University on Saturday afternoon to face the Cyclones. Kick-off is scheduled for 1:00 PM.
