Women’s Soccer Season Ends in Conference Semifinals

RADNOR, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team's season came to an end after falling at Cabrini University 2-0 in an Atlantic East Semifinal contest on Wednesday evening.
 
Cabrini scored in the seventh minute to get on the board. The Cavaliers added their second goal in the 32nd minute off a corner kick.
 
Leona Macrina made six saves in net. The Knights had five shots, four on net. Liz Purcell and Carissa Britton each had two shots. Three of Neumann's four shots on goal game in the second half as the Knights tried to get on the board.
 
Neumann finishes its season. 7-10
