Box Score St. DAVID'S, Pa. – The Neumann University Men's Tennis team took the short trip to Eastern University and defeated the Eagles in a non-conference match, 5-2.
In the doubles portion of the match, Neumann took two of the three matches. The second doubles team of
James Leuzzi and
Anthony Carpinella won their match, 6-1. The third doubles team of
Adam Barisa and
Dylan Stiteler had a 6-2 performance.
In singles, Leuzzi won third singles, 6-2, 6-2 and Carpinella won the fourth singles match, 6-2, 6-3.
Ryan Muckle town down his fifth singles opponent 6-3, 6-1 and, in the sixth singles match, Barisa won 6-0, 6-0.
Neumann (1-3) closes out the fall portion of their schedule with today's victory. They will wait until Thursday, March 13 to continue their season when they host Lancaster Bible College
