Neumann are led offensively by Kuzmick's nine goals and three assists for 21 points. Alex Duopu followed with seven goals and Atta-Krah had five. Laznik had an impressive rookie season with a 7-4-4 record and four shutouts. He had a 0.99 goal against average and an .805 save percentage.

The Mammoths are the number four ranked team in the country with an overall record of 11-2-3. They had a record of 4-1-2 in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC), putting them in third place. In the conference quarterfinals, they tied Connecticut College but fell in penalty kicks.

The winner of Saturday morning's game will advance to the second round on Sunday to take on either Muhlenberg or Stevens.
