CSC Selects Seven Knights for Academic All-District Team

ASTON, Pa. – College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced their Academic All-District teams for Men's and Women's Soccer on Tuesday afternoon, and Neumann University was well represented. For Women's Soccer, Julianna Hatt, Hannah Dang, Summer Brown, and Cara Cimo were honored. Hunter Rolles, Dominic Petruzzelli, and Carter Gorczyca were picked on the men's side.
 
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
Hatt played and started in 16 games for the Knights. She scored five goals with an assist for 11 points. Two of her goals were game-winning goals. On October 20th, she was named to the Atlantic East Conference Weekly Honor Roll.
 
Dang picks up Academic All-District distinction for the second consecutive year. She played in 18 games while starting 14. In over 1,110 minutes, she scored twice with one assist for five points.
 
Brown had a strong year as one of the featured defensive backs in the Neumann lineup. She played in 18 games while starting nine. Despite being a defensive presence, she scored one goal with an assist for three points.
 
Cimo was another member of the defensive corps. In 2025, she earned her second Atlantic East Conference All-Conference award, this time as a member of the Second Team. In 17 games, all starts, she landed two assists.
 
Rolles played in 19 games, starting 13 for the three-time Atlantic East champs. He scored one goal, a game-winner against Centenary on October 8th, and an assist. This is his second CSC Academic All-District selection.
 
Petruzzelli earned his second straight Atlantic East Defensive Player of the Year award as well as his third All-Conference First team selection. Additionally, he was also the Atlantic East Elite Scholar Athlete winner. This is his second CSC Academic All-District nod.
 
Gorczyca played and started in all 20 games in 2025 with a goal against Centenary. He was named to the Atlantic East Conference Second Team after garnering First Team honors last year.
