WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – The Neumann University softball team dropped a pair of games at the Spring Games on Thursday evening.
In the first game, Benedictine scored a pair of runs in the first two innings before adding four in the fourth for the 8-0 final.
Nicole Anderson and
Rylie Norris drew walks for the Knights.
Olivia Ammon went the distance in the circle and struck out two.
In game two, Concordia-Wisconsin used a six-run third and won the game 11-0.
Maddi Katchuk walked twice at the plate.
Sydney Wright started the game in the circle and went 2.2 innings.
Marina Costello finished the game.
Neumann (0-8) wraps up the trip tomorrow with two games. The Knights will face Heidelberg at 9:00 AM followed by Simmons at 2:00 PM.
