ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's tennis team dropped a 6-1 match to Eastern University on Thursday afternoon.
 
Prior to the match, the Knights recognized their seniors: Logan Gorbitz and James Leuzzi.
 
Gorbitz and doubles partner Akezhan Melis won their match in the third flight 6-1. The Eagles took the other two matches and the doubles point.
 
Leuzzi tallied Neumann's point in the match with a 7-6 (7-4), 7-6 (9-7) battle at third singles. Gorbitz and Mike Brown each went to a tie breaker in their matches, but could not get the win.
 
Neumann (4-8) wraps up conference action on Saturday when it heads to Immaculata beginning at 12:00 PM.
