Bill Scheier

    Assistant Women's Hockey Coach

Bill Scheier enters his third season as assistant coach with the Knights.

Coach Scheier came to the Knights with a strong hockey background with local ties. The Delaware County native was a three year captain for Springfield High School. There he was named to the 1998 and 1999 Delaware County Times All-Delco hockey teams, including being named the 1999 Player of the Year.  Scheier continued his hockey career at Towson University, where he helped lead his team to the 2001 ACHA National Tournament and a national top 10 ranking.  

After college, Scheier spent a year and a half working for the Philadelphia Flyers as a Fan Development Coordinator. His duties included running instructional clinics for local youth hockey programs. 

A 2003 graduate of Towson University, Coach Scheier earned his undergraduate degree in Sport Management. In 2008, he graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He currently resides in West Chester, Pa.
