Neumann University Athletics

Raquan Brown-Johnson, of the men's basketball team, is this week's Neumann University Athlete of the Week. 

Brown-Johnson averaged 19.0 points in two games as the Knights won the 2018 Crowne Plaza Holiday Tournament at Albright College. The junior, who was named the Atlantic East Player of the Week, netted 16 points the first game. He followed up with 22 points and the game-tying basket to send the game into overtime in the championship game.

Brown-Johnson was named the Tournament MVP. The Knights defeated Susquehanna 63-60 in the first game of the weekend. Neumann then edged Rosemont 68-67 in overtime in the Championship game.
