READING, Pa. – The Neumann College field hockey team fell to Alvernia College, 5-0, Saturday afternoon in non-conference action.

Katy Eby scored four of Albright's (5-2) five goals on the afternoon. Mary VanKirk netted the fifth goal. Janelle Lynch notched two assists.

Lauren Hood had three shots for Neumann (1-7). Jordan Haviland started the game in net and made four saves. Nicole Deludos played the final 23:07 and made two saves.

Alvernia outshot Neumann 23-7.  The Knight's will host Keystone Wednesday afternoon to open conference action. The game is set to start at 4 p.m.
