KISSIMMEE, Fla. – The Neumann College women's basketball team fell to Worchester Polytechnic Institute, 68-57, Sunday afternoon in its final game at the ECAC Holiday Festival at Walt Disney World.

Krista DiRomualdo led the Knights with 14 points. Katie Young added 12 points.

WPI had three players score in double figures. Kaileen Selen and Elle Fontaine each netted 18 points while Serena Dubois scored 13.

With the score tied at 20-all with 6:49 left in the first half, WPI scored seven of the next nine points to take a lead that it would not relinquish.

Neumann made a run for it to begin the second half and get within one, 33-32, at the 17:57 mark, but WPI netted the next five points to extend its lead to six. The Knights would not get any closer as WPI would build its lead to as many as 14 in the half.

The Knights (7-4) will host Gwynedd-Mercy on Saturday, January 10 at 1 p.m. in a Colonial States Athletic Conference match-up.
