YORK, Pa. – The Neumann University field hockey team fell 3-1 to York (Pa.) College Monday afternoon in a non-conference match-up.

The Spartans scored two goals late in the first half to take a 2-0 advantage at halftime. York would take a 3-0 lead in the 57^th minute. 

Melissa Hood netted the Knights only goal in the 59^th minute. Sarah Alphin made five saves in net for Neumann.

Neumann will travel to Keystone College on Wednesday for a conference contest beginning at 3:30 p.m.
