ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University field hockey team fell to Susquehanna University Tuesday evening in non-conference action.
Susquehanna scored the lone goal of the first half and took the 1-0 advantage into halftime. The Crusaders added to their lead early in the second.
Callie Emel scored the lone for the Knights from Mellissa Malick in the 37th minute, but Susquehanna got the goal back two minutes later for the 3-1 lead. The Crusaders would hold on to that lead for the win.
The Knights return back to the field when they host their last home game of the regular season when they face Richard Stockton College on Thursday afternoon at 4pm.
