POMONA, N.J. – The Neumann University volleyball team fell to DeSales University and Richard Stockton College this past weekend at the Stockton Tri-match. 

In the first match Saturday morning, the Knights fell to the Richard Stockton College in four sets (24-26 25-17 25-23 25-20). Ashley Mathis led the Knights with 16 kills and added six digs. Melissa Haines led the Knights with 24 digs.   Cecily Scavicchio had 34 assists.  

In the second match, the Knights fell to DeSales University in three sets, 25-22, 25-15, 27-25. 

Mathis had 14 kills and Jarrae Robinson had 11 kills. Cecily Scavicchio dished out 34 assists. Haines led the Knights with 17 digs and Victoria Limmina added 12. 

Neumann, the No. 2 seed, will host a Colonial States Athletic Conference semifinal game on Thursday night at 7 p.m.
