ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann College men's basketball team wrapped up its season with a 81-67 win over Marywood University Thursday night in Colonial States Athletic Conference action.

Patrick O'Connor paced the Knights with a double-double of 12 points and 11 rebounds. Four other Neumann players notched double figures. Eli Hitchens netted 15 points, Mike Hitchens added 14. Ty Robinson scored 11 while Na'Sheed Linton had 10.

Prince Blacknall led the Pacers with 20 points. Sidney Tharpe netted 19.

The Knights took off during the second part of the first half. Neumann held a one point lead, 18-17, at the 10:57 mark. Over the next 10 minutes, the Knights outscored the Pacers 28-15 to take a 15 point lead, 47-32, into halftime.

Marywood would come within seven points, 57-50, midway through the half, but the Knights went on a 14-3 run in the next three minutes to extend their lead to 17. Neumann held the double-digit lead for the remainder of the game.

Before the game, Neumann recognized its three seniors, who played their last game in a Neumann uniform tonight: Anthony Hodges, Mike Hitchens and Eli Hitchens.

Neumann finishes its season 11-14 and 7-9 in the conference.
