POMONA, N.J. – The Neumann College men's lacrosse team fell to Richard Stockton, 21-6, Thursday afternoon in non-conference action.
Matt Toth netted two foals for the Knights. Jake Boulay was in net for the first three quarters and made 15 saves. Pat D'Ambrosio had one save during the fourth quarter.
Stockton netted the first four goals of the afternoon before Kyle Gardner scored for the Knights. Toth then tallied his first goal to make the score 4-2. Stockton then scored eight consecutive goals for a 12-2 lead. It took a 13-3 advantage into halftime.
The second half didn't fair much better for the Knights and Richard Stockton won 21-6.
Neumann now starts a start a stretch of four home games. First up is conference foe Shenandoah on Saturday. Game is slated for 1 p.m. at Msgr. Bonner High School.
