RADNOR, Pa. – The Neumann College women's lacrosse team fell to conference rival Cabrini College, 20-10, Tuesday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action.

Colleen Finnegan led the Knights with four goals. Alex Bohen and Dominique Thompson each had two goals. Kathleen Sinclair had 18 saves.

Erin Nollen led the Cavaliers with eight goals. Amand Alexandrowicz had five goals and Jaime O'Hanlon netted four goals. Kate Schmid made 12 saves in net.

Carbini started strong, netting the first six goals of the game before Thompson put Neumann on the board. The Cavalier defense kept the Knights to just three goals in the first half to take a 15-3 lead at half time.

Neumann scored the first three goals of the second half. The Knights outscored the Cavaliers 7-5 in the second half, but could not overcome the deficit.

The Knights are now 2-2 in the CSAC and 3-7 overall. Neumann will host the University of Scranton on Thursday in non-conference action. The game is slated to start at 4 p.m. at Sun Valley High School.
