ASTON, Pa. – Chelsa O'Donnell scored in overtime to lift the Neumann University field hockey team to a 3-2 win over Immaculata University in a Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) contest Tuesday afternoon.
 
O'Donnell scored an unassisted goal with 3:20 left on the clock in the first overtime session. 
 
Neumann opened the scoring in the 23rd minute as Krystalyn Christensen scored off a penalty corner. Megan Scott assisted on the goal. The Mighty Macs tied the game up at one on a penalty corner ten minutes later.
 
Immaculata took a 2-1 lead in the 56th minute. Christina Hicks brought Neumann back even just two minutes later. The teams finished regulation tied at two.
 
Lindsey Kasecamp made eight saves in net. O'Donnell also had a defensive save.
 
Neumann (3-11, 2-2 CSAC) will travel to Rosemont on Thursday afternoon for a conference game beginning at 4 p.m.
