GWYNEDD-VALLEY, Pa. – The Neumann University men's basketball team fell at Gwynedd-Mercy College, 93-66, Monday evening in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action.

Patrick O'Connor netted 19 points for the Knights. Marquise Boggs added 16. Mark Blount pulled down 12 rebounds.

Jon Crabtree scored 23 points for the Griffins. Dan DelConte netted 22. Frank Champion added 17 points and 11 boards.

Gwynedd-Mercy held a three point lead, 23-20, with 9:30 on the clock in the first half as they scored eight straight points to jump out to an 11 point advantage. The Griffins took a 44-34 lead into the locker rooms.

Neumann would get to with eight, 60-52, at the 13:50 mark of the second half, but no closer. Gwynedd-Mercy kept the pressure on and came away with the 93-66 win.

Neumann is now 7-6 overall and 4-2 in the conference. The Knights will host Keystone College on Thursday evening in CSAC action beginning at 7 p.m.
