ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's ice hockey team and Potsdam tied at three on Saturday afternoon in non-conference action.

Potsdam scored the only goal in the first period at the 12:43 mark. Cory Park then scored to tie the game at one 1:52 into the second period. Steve Gervais and D'Lane Sather assisted on the goal.

The Bears took a 2-1 lead at the 9:22 mark of the second. The Knights answered 18 seconds later when Ryan Dreger scored from Scott Elkow. Brent Tamane gave Neumann its first lead just over two minutes later. Sean Crozier and Scott Farrell assisted.

Potsdam tied the score at three with a power play goal in the third period. Neither team could break the tie in the overtime session.

Matt Tendler made 39 saves in net for the Knights. Neumann is now 8-4-3 overall. The Knights travel to Morrisville next weekend for non-conference action.
