ASTON, Pa.- The Neumann University volleyball team beat Notre Dame of Maryland University in Colonial State Athletic Conference 3-0 Tuesday evening. The Knights won 25-11, 25-11, 25-11 as they move to 6-1 in the CSAC.

The Knights were able to celebrate their victory from contributors Ashley Clark, Elaina Shooster, Faith Cook and Kelsey D'Imperio . Much to the delight of the girls, Clark ran a play where she puckers her cheeks inward. Causing mass confusion to the other team, code name “fish” was executed to perfection.

Maria Donahue led the team with a whopping 5 digs as the team was evenly spread out amongst the team, Ashley Clark served up 16 assist and Victoria Limmina had five aces.

The volleyball team will host CSAC rivals Centenary College October 13 at 7 PM.
