ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University volleyball team defeated Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) foe Centenary College 3-0 on Thursday evening. Game scores were 26-24, 25-17, 25-16.

Gianna Jones had 10 kills and hit an outstanding .733 with no errors from the floor. Natalie George also had 10 kills with a hitting percentage of .533. George added eight block assists as the team had a total of nine blocks in the match.

Cecily Scavicchio dished out 27 assists and four service aces. The Knights jumped out to a 7-0 lead in the second set off of Scavicchio's serving.

Katelin Kuklentz led an even defensive effort with eight digs while added nine kills up front. Victoria Limmina and Maria Donahue each added seven digs.

With the win, the Knights move into second place in the conference standings at 7-1. Overall, Neumann is 15-8. Neumann hosts the Homecoming Classic this weekend. The Knights will face Rowan at 10 AM on Saturday to start the Classic.
