ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's lacrosse team defeated Rutgers-Camden 20-10 on Monday evening in a non-conference contest.

Alexandra Bohen had six goals for the Knights. Erica Crabtree notched three. Meghan Garsey, Adrienne McCrae and Lexy Wilkinson each netted two. Candice Oakley made four saves in net for the win.

Crabtree and Bohen opened the scoring in the first four minutes for the Knights and never trailed the rest of the way. Neumann built a 9-4 lead heading into halftime.

Rutgers-Camden notched the first two goals of the second half to but the lead to three, 9-6. The Knight then put four goals in the back of the net to gain a 13-6 advantage. Neumann would outscore the Scarlet Raptors 8-4 to close out the final 21 minutes and win 20-10.

Neumann (2-5) will travel to Centenary on Wednesday afternoon for a conference game beginning at 4 p.m.
