BALTIMORE, Md. – The Neumann University women's lacrosse team defeated the College of Notre Dame 18-12 on Tuesday afternoon in Colonial States Atletic Conference action.
Alexandra Bohen led the Knights with seven goals. Meghan Garsey netted four goals and an assist. Sam Kotowski made 17 saves in net.
Neumann put the first three goals on the board in the first half. The Knights held a 5-4 advantage at the break.
Neumann the came alive in the second half and notched 13 goals en route to the 18-12 conference win.
Neumann improves to 5-8 overall and 4-3 in the CSAC. Neumann will face Bryn Mawr tomorrow afternoon beginning at 4:30 p.m.
