BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Neumann University field hockey team fell at Moravian College 5-0 on Saturday afternoon in non-conference action.
The Knights battled hard to start the game and kept the Greyhounds off the board for most of the first half. Moravian broke through in the 31st minute for a 1-0 lead at the half.
The Greyhounds then poured everything they had on the Knights and found the back of the net four more time in the second half for the 5-0 final.
Lindsey Kasecamp made nine saves in net. Nicole Galvin notched two in relief.
Neumann (2-10) gets back into conference action on Monday when it travels to Marywood for a 1:00 PM start.
