RADNOR, Pa. – The Neumann University field hockey team fell to Cabrini College 5-1 on a rainy Tuesday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action.
The Knights got on the board first in the third minute of the game as Lindsey Spatola scored off a pass from Kelsey Mazur.
The Cavaliers answered with a goal in the 27th minute and then look the lead in the 33rd minute. Cabrini added three more goals in the second half for the 5-1 win.
Lindsey Kasecamp made seven saves in net for the Knights.
Neumann (2-7, 2-1 CSAC) is off until next Tuesday when it travels to Keystone in the midst of the four game road trip.
