POMONA, N.J. – The Neumann University men's lacrosse team fell at Richard Stockton College 14-10 on Wednesday afternoon.

Sam Maldou led the Knights with four goals while Mike Pantalone netted three goals for the Knights.  Andrew Neubauer made 18 saves in net.

The Ospreys opened the scoring and took a 3-1 lead after one quarter. Stockton scored the first three goals of the second quarter to jump out to a 6-1 advantage. Pantalone and Maldou found the back of the net in the second quarter, but the Ospreys held a 7-3 lead at the half.

Each team scored two goals in the third and five in the fourth quarters, but the four goal deficit at the half stood in the final 14-10 score.

Neumann '(1-1) will host Frostburg State on Saturday. Face-off is slated for 1:00 PM.
