ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's lacrosse team defeated visiting LaRoche College 18-6 in their final game of the season Saturday afternoon.

Pre-game ceremonies took place honoring five graduating seniors such as Andrew Neubauer, Mike Pantalone, Steven Miner, Nick Ferraro, and Ryan O'Shea.

Miner found the back of the net early off a pass from Mark Consolo to get Neumann started. Fellow senior Pantalone scored three of his five goals in the first half to aid the Knights in a 7-2 lead at halftime.  

The third quarter contained nothing but goals by Neumann. Tallies from Patrick Rose, Consolo, and Drew Millard added to Neumann's list of snipers for the day. The Knights scored four more times in the fourth to earn the victory.

Consolo lead Neumann in points with eight, followed by Pantalone with five. Neubauer made 20 saves in net in over 52 minutes of play, followed by Alex Becker with one.

Neumann finishes the 2012 season 6-10 overall.
