ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University volleyball team battled and came away with a 3-2 win against Gallaudet University on Saturday afternoon at the Knights Fall Classic.

Neumann won the first two sets, both by scores of 25-20. Gallaudet came back to win sets three and four, 25-21 and 25-19. The Knights notched key kills and serves in the fifth and deciding set and came away with the 15-10 win.

Katelin Kuklentz and Kelsey D'Imperio were named to the All-Classic Team.

Kuklentz led Neumann with 17 kills and 14 digs. Ashley Clark had nine kills and only one error for a hitting percentage of .444. D'Imperio added 10 kills and four solo blocks. Kat Wolf handed out 48 assists.

Nicole Collevechio had four service aces.

Julia Malseed led the defense with 21 digs.

Neumann (15-9) hosts Cabrini in a key Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) match on Wednesday evening beginning at 7:00 PM.
