CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – The Neumann University field hockey picked up its first win of the season, blanking Wilson College 4-0 on Thursday afternoon.

Alexa McIntyre had two goals for the Knights. Jordan Hopkins and Lindsey Spatola also found the back of the net for Neumann.

The teams played to a scoreless first half before Hopkins opened the scoring 1:43 into the second half. Spatola made the score 2-0 in the 44^th minute, off an assist Carolynn Bacho.

McIntyre netted two goals in a two minute span, as Hopkins assisted on both, to put the Knights up 4-0.

Becca Wallace made four save in net for her first collegiate win.

Neumann (1-4) heads to Hood College on Saturday for non-conference action beginning at 12:00 PM.
