BALTIMORE, Md. – The Neumann University volleyball team remained perfect in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) competition with a 3-0 win at Notre Dame of Maryland on Tuesday evening. Set scores were 25-17, 25-8, 27-25.

It was a total team effort with 15 Knights hitting the court. Kat Wolf handed out 24 assists and 12 digs. Julia Malseed added 11 digs. Anna Waltz topped the Knights with nine kills.

Neumann took the first two sets with ease. Notre Dame was not going to go as easy in the third set. With the Knights holding a 22-18 advantage, the Gators rattled off four points to tie the set. The teams then traded the next few points and with the set knotted at 25, Sarah Sanderson notched a kill and Malseed sealed the match with a service ace.

Neumann (17-8, 8-0) participates in a tri-match at Widener on Saturday. The Knights will face Widener at 10:00 AM followed by DeSales at 12:00 PM.
