ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University field hockey team defeated Wilson College 3-1 on Thursday afternoon in non-conference action.

Jessica Harrell led the Knights with two goals and an assist. Alexa McIntyre notched a goal. Becca Wallace made three saves in net for the win.

Harrell opened the scoring in the third minute. Wilson tied the game up in the 13^th minute. The teams went into halftime knotted at one.

Harrell scored her second goal of the game in the 40^th minute to put the Knights up 2-1. McIntyre gave Neumann an insurance goal in the 61^st minute on a penalty corner.

The Knights outshot the Phoenix 23-5 and had a 13-4 advantage in penalty corners.

Neumann (2-3) will travel to Delaware Valley on Saturday for non-conference action beginning at 12:00 PM.
