OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Neumann University women's hockey team fell 3-1 at Oswego State on Friday afternoon in Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) West action.

The Lakers scored the game's first goal at the 8:20 mark of the first period.

Bek Lucas scored her team leading sixth goal of the season with 2:30 left in the second period to tie the game at one. Steph Grundy had the assist, her first collegiate point.

Oswego took a 2-1 lead at the 6:58 mark of the third period. The Lakers added an insurance goal just over two minutes later.

Justina Mayr made 39 saves in net.

Neumann (1-8-1, 1-5-1 ECAC West) and Oswego (6-2-2, 4-1-2 ECAC West) will face-off again tomorrow afternoon beginning at 3:00 PM.
