Box Score ASTON, Pa. - The Neumann University men's basketball team fell to Immaculata University in the regular season finale on Wednesday evening in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action, 74-61.
Kevin Green was the only Neumann player to score in double-figures with 15 points. All nine Knights that hit the floor scored at least three points in the game. Andrew Moye blocked three shots.
The start of the game was close with a few buckets by each team leading to a 7-7 tie with 15:03 remaining in the half. With the game tied at 18 with 7:06 on the clock, the Mighty Macs went on a 15-0 run to take a 33-18 lead and never looked back. Â Immaculata held a 35-23 lead at the half.
In the second half, Immaculata kept a double-digit lead throughout and would not let Neumann put together a run to get back in the game. The Mighty Macs came away with the 74-61 win.
Neumann finishes the regular season 15-10 overall and 12-6 in the conference. The Knights will be the No. seed in the postseason. Neumann will host a semifinal game on Tuesday evening. The opponent will be determined after the first round game on Saturday.
