ASTON, Pa. - The Neumann University men's lacrosse team fell to Misericordia University 25-6 on Wednesday evening in non-conference action.

Jordan Klunk and Ron Lassiter scored two goals apiece. Ryan O'Kane tallied four assists and Antonio Gibson picked up 10 ground balls. Gibson also made 14 saves in net as he played over 40 mintues in relief.

The Knights were held off the board in the first half, and Misericordia held a 15-0 lead after two quarters.

Neumann did not find the back of the net until 6:38 in the third quarter when Klunk scored on an assist from O'Kane. Lassiter and Ricky Viscuse scored the other Neumann goals for a 21-3 score after three quarters.

The Knights were able to score three goals in the fourth quarter but it was not enough to recover from the tough first half.

Neumann (0-3) hosts Richard Stockton College on Wednesday as it continues its five game home stand.  The game is scheduled to start at 7:00 PM.
