ASTON, Pa. - The Neumann University men's lacrosse team lost to Gwynedd Mercy 25-5 Wednesday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action.

Jordan Klunk led Neumann with two goals, five shots and two groundballs. Adam Fagan, Tylar Schlimme, and Sergio Plesati also scored a goal for Neumann. Ryan O'Kane handed out two assists.

Tom Blakeslee started in net for the Knights stopping 14 shots. Marco Agostini made two saves in relief.

The Knights offense struggled in the first half. After the Griffins scored the first 18 goals, Klunk netted Neumann's first goal winding down the half.

The Griffins scored the first two goals of the third quarter, but Knights answered with three goals by Schlimme, Klunk and Fagan to the end the quarter.

Neumann's final goal came with 2:46 remaining in the fourth quarter from Plesati, assisted by Rob Neri.

Neumann University finishes their season with an overall record of 0-14, and 0-7 in the CSAC.
