ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's basketball team fell 82-46 to Cabrini College on Saturday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action.

JoHanna Metzger netted 11 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the Knights.

The Cavaliers scored nine of the first 11 points for the game for an early 9-2 lead. The Knights answered with the next six points to cut the lead to one, 9-8. Cabrini then went on an 8-0 for a 17-8 game and held a 22-13 lead after the first quarter.

Cabrini outscored Neumann 21-9 in the second quarter to take a 43-22 lead at halftime.

The Cavaliers continued to build its lead throughout the second half en route to the 82-46 win

Neumann (5-9, 3-2 CSAC) will host Cedar Crest on Wednesday in more CSAC action beginning at 7:00 PM.
