Volleyball to Host Immaculata in CSAC First Round

ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University volleyball team will be the No. 3 seed in the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) playoffs and will host No. 6 Immaculata on Tuesday evening.
 
The Knights went 17-16 during the regular season and 9-2 in conference action. During the regular season meeting between the Knights and the Mighty Macs, Neumann came away with a 3-0 win. Set scores were 25-20, 25-18 and 25-21. Hayley Glah led the Knights with 13 kills. Rachael Hoffman tallied 11 kills, with just one error, for a hitting percentage of .476. Rachel Cray handed out 38 assists. Nikki Collevechio dished out 21 digs and Glah added 14.
 
For the season, three Knights have tallied over 200 kills. Leading the way is Hoffman with 289, followed by Glah with 265 and Melanie Malseed with 252. Cray has handed out 919 assists and a team high 59 service aces. Collevechio leads the team with 435 digs while adding 55 service aces. Cray has added 312 digs and Glah has tallied 298. Hoffmann has 99 blocks this season, including 40 solo.
 
The other first round game will see No. 5 Notre Dame at No. 4 Marywood. The winners will face No. 1 Cabrini or No. 2 Keystone on Thursday in semifinal action.
