ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team got back into the win column Tuesday evening with a 3-1 non-conference win over Bryn Mawr College.

Kristina Yocum, Savannah Stichler and Lindsey Padilla all scored for Neumann, who controlled play throughout the contest. Anna Attardi stopped six shots in goal to pick up the win for the Knights. Neumann outshot Bryn Mawr 23-14 overall and 15-7 on goal.

Neumann would open up the scoring late in the first half as Yocum ripped a shot into the net off a feed from Brooke Harvey. The game would head to halftime with the Knights leading 1-0.

The Knights would extend their lead to two in the 55^th minute, as Danni Elman found Stichler for a one touch finish to make it 2-0. Bryn Mawr answered back in the 77^th minute, but Neumann would respond just thirty seconds later to regain a two goal advantage at 3-1. Padilla finished off a cross from Kahlyn Ford to close out the contest in favor of the Knights.

Neumann (3-4) is back in action on Saturday as it heads to Immaculata University for conference action. Kick-off is slated for 11:00 AM.
