GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Neumann University men's volleyball opened its inaugural season on Monday evening at Arcadia University. The Knights fell 3-0 in the non-conference match (25-6, 25-8, 25-10).
Despite the loss, the Knights tallied many program firsts in the match.
Andrew Kelly had the first kill of the season.
Tomas Ybarra notched the first assist as well as the first dig for the program.
Kyle Slinkman achieved the first service.
Neumann (0-1) will head to the 2018 Cougar Kickoff Classic at Misericordia University this weekend. The Knights will face host Misericordia and Hiram College on Friday evening. Neumann will then face Penn State Altoona and College of St. Elizabeth on Saturday.
