Women’s Soccer Drops Atlantic East Contest at Cabrini

RADNOR, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team dropped an Atlantic East Conference contest to Cabrini University, 3-1, on Saturday afternoon.
 
The Cavaliers were the first to find the net in just the sixth minute. The Knights knotted the game at one at the end of the first half as Kaitlin Thomas took advantage of a defensive misplay and put the ball in the back of the net.
 
Cabrini scored two goals within a minute span midway through the second half to come away with the 3-1 win.
 
Anna Attardi made three saves in goal.
 
Neumann (5-7-1, 0-2-1 Atlantic East) will travel to Gwynedd Mercy on Wednesday evening for more conference action beginning at 7:00 PM.
