ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's volleyball team fell to Eastern University 3-0 in the 2019 season opener on Wednesday evening. Set scores were 25-13, 25-13 and 25-16.
 
Ryan Bollinger led the Knights with seven kills. Conner Kolek and Zack Strickland each added five. Jules Maiorano handed out 19 assists.
 
In all three sets, the teams opened by trading points for the first 10 points. The Eagles then took charge of the sets to come away with the 3-0 win.
 
Neumann (0-1) will head to CCNY on Monday evening. The match, which was originally scheduled for Saturday, is slated to get underway at 7:00 PM.
