ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's volleyball team will head to Marymount University on Saturday, November 9 for the 2019 Atlantic East Conference Championship Match.
 
The Knights are the No. 2 seed in the Atlantic East postseason after posting a 5-1 conference record. The Saints are the No. 1 seed with a 6-0 conference record.
 
Neumann picked up a 3-0 win over Cabrini in the semifinals. Malseed tallied 17 kills in the win. Marymount defeated Marywood 3-1 in the other semifinal match-up.
 
During the regular season, Marymount defeated Neumann 3-0. Malseed tallied 14 kills and 12 digs.  
 
For the season, Neumann is led by Malseed. She has tallied 376 kills and 370 digs. Ariana Pena is second on the team with 276 kills. Bre Hickey has added 223 kills and 263 digs. Rachel Cray has handed out 918 assists and 44 service aces. Hayley Glah notched 357 digs and leads the team with 51 service aces.
 
The winner on Saturday will win the second ever Atlantic East Championship!
