GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Neumann University men's volleyball team dropped a pair of matches at a tri-match at Thiel University on Friday evening.
The Knights fell to Mount Union in their first match of the evening 3-0. Set scores were 25-17, 25-14, 25-15.
Zack Strickland led the team with seven kills.
Ryan Bollinger added five kills.
Jules Maiorano handed out 16 assists.
Kyle Slinkman tallied seven digs and
Nick Shortlidge added six.
In the second match of the evening against host Thiel, Neumann dropped by a score of 3-0. Set scores were 25-16, 25-18, 25-12.
Strickland had four kills in the match. Maiorano dished out nine assists. Shortlidge tallied six digs.
Neumann (2-14) will head to Penn State Behrend tomorrow morning beginning at 11:00 AM.
