ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's volleyball team battled Trine University on Thursday evening, but fell 3-0 in the non-conference contest. Set scores were 25-12, 25-19 and 25-11.
 
Conner Kolek, Ryan Bollinger and Roddy Rountree each had five kills for the Knights. Jules Maiorano handed out 16 assists. Zack Strickland tallied seven digs and Kolek added six.
 
In the second set, the Knights jumped out to an early 7-3 lead. But the Thunder chipped their way back in and tied the set at 12 before taking the set 25-19.
 
Neumann (2-11) remains at home and will host Widener next Wednesday beginning at 7:00 PM.
