ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team dropped a contest to King's College (Pa.), 5-0, on Saturday afternoon. 

The Knights started out battling hard against King's. The Monarchs snuck by the defense and netted a goal in the sixth minute of the contest for an early lead. King's added three more in the back of the net for a 4-0 score into halftime. 

The Monarchs tallied the only goal of the second half in the 76th minute en route to the 5-0 final. 

The Knights were outshot 26-12 overall and 16-5 on goal. Freshman Payton Clements made 11 saves in between the pipes. 

Neumann (3-6-1) will continue its home swing as it hosts Keystone College on Tuesday evening under the lights. Kick-off is set for 7:00 PM.
