The Delaware Valley Collegiate Hockey Conference (DVCHC) recently announced their award winners for the 2019-20 season and
Noah Maikisch was named the American Division's Most Valuable Player and Goalie of the Year. The freshman posted an 8-5 record with a .884 save percentage to lead the club to the second-seed in the American Division.
Maikisch, a native of Toms River, NJ, was also recently named to the DVCHC American/Patriot Select All-Star team, where he will be joined by teammates Zachary Deemer,
Ryan Gosselin, and
Brett Schneider. The Select All-Star team will compete in two games against other select all-star leagues at Iceline in West Chester, PA on Friday, March 13 and Saturday, March 14.
Despite a loss in the divisional semifinals, Neumann enjoyed an impressive campaign. The club returned to the ice after a two-year hiatus and immediately proved to be contenders in the American Division, finishing the regular season in second place with a 5-3 record. Overall, the Knights posted an even 10-10 mark under first-year head coach
