Field Hockey Wraps Up Season at Cabrini

RADNOR, Pa. – The Neumann University field hockey team wrapped up the 2022 season at Cabrini University on Wednesday afternoon, falling 8-0 in Atlantic East Conference action.
 
The Knights had seven shots, six on goal. Rachel Koerner led Neumann with three shots. Meg Frame made six saves in net.
 
The Cavaliers netted three goals in the first quarter. Cabrini tallied five goals in the second quarter.
 
Neither team scored in the second half. Neumann had the only three shots in the third quarter, all going on goal.  The Knights also had two penalty corner but could not convert. Neumann added two more shot and a corner in the fourth quarter, but could not break onto the scoreboard.
 
Neumann finishes its season 3-13 overall and 0-6 in conference action.
