ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University field hockey team lost its Atlantic East Conference match up against Immaculata University on Saturday afternoon by a score of 2-0.  
 
Prior to today's matchup, the field hockey team honored their six seniors for all their hard work and dedication: Ang Quillen, Rachel Koerner, Kylie Fitchett, Lizzie Frame, Anissa Fleming and Meg Frame.
 
Meg Frame played all 60 minutes for the Knights between the pipes and had 12 saves. Neumann finished with seven shots, six coming on net. Koerner led the team with four shots, all on goal.
 
The Mighty Macs got off to a quick start as they scored the first goal 7:19 into the game. The Knights had four penalty corners in the first quarter but could not capitalize.
 
Immaculata took a 2-0 lead in the first minute of the second half. The Knights had two late penalty corners with good looks at the net but could not get the ball across the line.  
 
Neumann (3-8, 0-2 Atlantic East) heads to Manhatanville College on Wednesday and will look to being home a win. Action is slated to get underway at 7:00 PM.
