MTRYLE BEACH, S.C.- The Neumann University baseball team wrapped up its spring break trip with a loss to Hanover College, 11-3, on Saturday morning.

Cristian Diaz had three hits in the game for the Knights.
Nate Griffin started the game and went 4.0 innings. He allowed nine runs, just three earned, on 11 hits.
Zach Mullins pitched 3.0 innings and
Nick Colon went 1.0 inning. Both allowed a run on two hits.
Chris Balshuweit pitched a scoreless ninth inning.

Ryan Lopez knocked in Neumann's first run as
Shawn Vega scored on Lopez's single in the third inning. Hanover took advantage of a Knights' error in the fourth to score seven runs and extend its lead to 9-1.

Vega hit a solo homerun in the fifth. Diaz doubled to knock in
Andrew Curran in the eighth to wrap up the runs for the Knights.

Neumann (2-4) head back north and will head to Stockton on Tuesday for a single game beginning at 3:00 PM.
